You may use them freely to present or promote POLYVER® products. This right of use is granted to you in a personal capacity and may not be transferred in any cases to a third party.
All use of the images made available in a context other than that of POLYVER® and POLYVER® products is prohibited. In no instance are you permitted to alter or modify the image, partly or completely, for whatever reason.
You are authorized to reproduce the aforementioned images on your Internet business site, in advertisements, catalogs, brochures, posters and flyers and in your press articles associated with POLYVER® or POLYVER® products.
POLYVER® reserves the right to check at any time for compliance with this use agreement and to demand corresponding proofs from the user.
As agreed between yourself and POLYVER®, POLYVER®, is and remains the sole and exclusive owner of the image.
